Below are a few examples of some of the larger roofs that we have designed and manufactured using Roof Trusses.

We under-took the total build contract on this Motel. This was a turn Key Project.

From a green-field site to total completion (including furnished bedrooms) took 13 weeks. The construction is Timber Frame and has 3 very significant advantages  over traditional blocks and mortar. 

1.  Cost: This building cost approx 30% less to complete than traditional building methods. The key saving was less on-site labor costs.

2.  Heating costs:  The high level of insulation in the 6" (140mm) walls and roof space saves £1000's in heating bills each year. 

3.   Extra Revenue: Extra revenue gained by opening for business much sooner. From the start date of the project to the date of opening was at least 5 months earlier than traditional build methods would have permitted, ( There is no drying out time with Timber Frame Construction,  all of the panels are precision factory made  and craned into position on site, many of the trades  worked simultaneously).
